Who we are: Tella Studio is the trading name of Rolling Canvas Presentations Pty Ltd [ABN: 62690028525. Our studio is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

• Directly from you when you enquire, request a quote, sign a proposal, attend a shoot, or contact us.

• From third parties, for example your colleagues, agencies, event organisers, or public sources such as LinkedIn, only where lawful.

For UK or EU residents we rely on one or more legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests such as running and protecting our business, consent for certain marketing or cookies, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Photos, video, and people at events

If you attend a production where we are filming or photographing, you may be captured in the background. We work with our clients to put appropriate notices in place. Raw footage and working files are typically retained for 90 days after delivery unless you purchase archival storage.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant, or misleading.
If you are in the UK or EU you may have additional rights such as the right to object to certain processing, request erasure, or restrict processing in some circumstances.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send you important service messages about active projects or orders.

12. Children

Our services and website are intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can delete it.
